Nuriva is a mobile application that provides prayer times, Qibla direction, Islamic calendar information, Quran reading, translations and tafsir, Quran recitation, duas, dhikr, khatm tracking, reminders, notifications, and other worship-related tools and content.
You may use Nuriva only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You are responsible for using the App and its content appropriately and for complying with any laws or regulations applicable in your country or region.
Nuriva may provide prayer times, Qibla direction, Islamic calendar information, religious dates, and other location- or calculation-dependent information.
Results may vary depending on your selected location, device location, calculation method, data source, device sensors, settings, time zone, and other technical factors.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to provide accurate information, Nuriva does not guarantee that every prayer time, Qibla result, calendar date, or other religious calculation will always be error-free or appropriate for every location or circumstance.
Users should independently verify time-sensitive or important religious information when necessary.
Nuriva may provide access to Quran pages, translations, tafsir, recitations, duas, dhikr, and other religious content.
Some content may originate from third-party, public, licensed, or otherwise permitted sources. Rights in such third-party content remain with their respective owners or rights holders.
Translations, tafsir, explanations, metadata, and other supporting content may differ between sources and should not be understood as replacing qualified religious guidance where such guidance is required.
Nuriva may allow certain Quran pages, recitations, translations, tafsir, or other resources to be downloaded and stored on your device.
Downloaded content may consume device storage and may be removed if you delete the App, clear application data, remove the download, or if the operating system removes application data.
Availability of downloadable content may change because of licensing, technical, storage, service, or content-source requirements.
Some Nuriva features may require access to device location, compass or orientation sensors, notifications, internet connectivity, storage, or other device capabilities.
For example, location may be used to determine prayer times and Qibla information, while device sensors may be used to provide compass-based Qibla direction.
Accuracy may be affected by GPS availability, sensor calibration, magnetic interference, device hardware, environmental conditions, network availability, or user settings.
Nuriva may provide prayer-time notifications, reminders, and other user-selected alerts.
Delivery time and reliability may be affected by operating-system settings, battery optimization, notification permissions, device restrictions, network conditions, time settings, or other factors outside Nuriva's reasonable control.
You should not rely exclusively on Nuriva notifications for matters where missing or delaying a notification could have significant consequences.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, reference to a third-party organization, service, source, reciter, translation, tafsir, product, or brand does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation.

Nuriva may use licensing, application-version checks, security controls, or similar mechanisms to manage access to the App or particular features.
Certain versions or distribution methods may require license activation or verification. Access may be restricted when a license is invalid, expired, revoked, unavailable, or cannot be verified where verification is required.
An application update may be required to maintain security, compatibility, licensing, stability, or functionality.
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, content, downloads, services, or integrations as Nuriva develops or as technical, security, legal, licensing, platform, or content requirements change.
We aim to provide a reliable application, but we do not guarantee that Nuriva or every feature, service, content item, download, or notification will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Older versions of Nuriva may eventually stop functioning correctly or may no longer be supported.
Nuriva's original software, interface, design, branding, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited right to use the App for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Nuriva or its intellectual property to you.
Quran text, translations, tafsir, recitations, religious resources, third-party trademarks, and other third-party materials may be subject to separate rights, licenses, terms, or source requirements. Such rights remain with their respective owners or rights holders.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuriva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including device or sensor limitations, inaccurate device settings, network failures, notification delays, third-party services, content-source changes, or platform restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
We may restrict or discontinue access to Nuriva or particular features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, licensing, technical maintenance, prevention of misuse, content requirements, or discontinuation of a service.
You may stop using Nuriva at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update these Terms when Nuriva's features, services, content, business practices, technical requirements, licensing arrangements, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version of these Terms will be published on this page. Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
Your use of Nuriva is subject to applicable laws.
These Terms are not intended to deprive you of any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
